Kevin M. Gallagher
Kevin Gallagher’s passion and proven success record have earned him an outstanding reputation in the field of personal injury law. He has been practicing law in the state of Florida for more than 20 years and has dedicated his career to working with victims of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and other serious injuries.
An Ohio native, Kevin Gallagher earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. He went on to graduate Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Kevin belongs to both the Million Dollar and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. These groups are so prestigious that fewer than 1% of all lawyers in the United States are accepted for membership. He’s also a member of Superior Lawyers of America, The Verdict Club, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America
Kevin’s incredible work ethic paired with his knowledge, experience, and determination have helped him achieve the impressive number of superior verdicts and settlements he’s won for his clients. His stellar record has also earned him recognition as an elite litigator.

Gregory S. Hagopian
An outstanding civil trial lawyer and Florida Bar board-certified criminal trial lawyer, Gregory S. Hagopian has been practicing law in Manatee and Sarasota Counties for more than 25 years. He has a passion for helping seriously injured accident victims, particularly those who require mediation or trial to successfully resolve their case.
Gregory is at home in the courtroom, having tried well over 100 jury trials. He’s also a former state prosecutor and has worked in criminal defense representing defendants accused of crimes like drug trafficking, murder, sexual battery, DUI, and shoplifting.
Gregory is a past president of The Manatee County Bar Association and is affiliated with the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL). He’s also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
Gregory believes in giving back to the community. He has served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for at-risk children through the 12th Judicial Circuit and as a volunteer for domestic abuse victims through Legal Aid of Manasota.
Gregory was named in Hagopian v. Justice Administrative Commission after winning an appeal before the Second District Court of Appeal. He has also made appearances on popular television shows including The Discovery Channel, Inside Edition, and The O’Reilly Factor.

David Hall
Civil trial lawyer David Hall specializes in personal injury law. He has established himself as a tenacious fighter who never gives up when his client’s rights are on the line. David has been an integral part of the Gallagher & Hagopian team for over 10 years. He has a reputation for bringing compassion, expertise, and an intense drive to everything he does.
David’s meticulous approach to each case he handles has earned him an outstanding reputation with all of his clients. Thanks to his personal experience with both back and knee surgery, he has a unique insight into the needs of injured parties which allows him to approach his cases with empathy and compassion.
Born and raised in Sarasota, David Hall attended both Manatee Community College and the University of Central Florida before going on to graduate Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is currently a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Florida Justice Association. He’s also a dedicated family man who enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three daughters.
